About two years ago I called you about a broken spring. Your company responded the next day and at the suggestion of your technician I had both springs replaced. Before he left the door was adjusted, and until last month everything was o.k. I had a good experience with your company so I called and Bob responded. You installed a new belt drive opener, adjusted the door, installed a new remote as well as new opener switch and he was finished in less than two hours. Had several companies out to give estimates on a broken garage door. from the minute they answered the phone I was impressed. very accomodating of my work scheule for appointment and install. estimater and installer were very nice and very professional as well. Best of all their price was far less expensive that the other companies. i highly recommend.
